Course in our offices
The courses in our offices are limited to groups of maximum eight people and each student is assigned a computer for practice. The duration of the full course is five days, 6 hours per day from Monday to Friday. In the intermission we offer a break with soft drinks, coffee and snacks included.
Course at the client's offices
When the courses are taught at the client's facilities, the client must provide the corresponding computer equipment. We recommend one computer per participant, a projector, and a blackboard or flip chart. The course date is established by common agreement subject to availability. We recommend make your reservation three or four weeks in advance.
The MP includes a video course that is undoubtedly the easiest and most practical way to learn to use the program in a self-taught way. The video course included with the MP shows you step by step all the functions of the program.

One is by accessing your computer remotely via the internet to explore, find and solve the conflict and the other way is by attending its facilities to analyze the conflict that may be occurring on site.
